Cigarette Causes Tigard Fire

An improperly disposed of cigarette butt caused a small apartment fire in Tigard Saturday. Firefighters were dispatched to 11905 SW James Court in Tigard at 4:03 p.m. and arrived to find a fire that had extended from a porch into the building’s exterior wall. They quickly extinguished the fire.
