47 students from Japan stopped by TVF&R’s Station 51 in Tigard this week to meet firefighters and learn more about TVF&R’s mission. The students are part of an exchange program at a nearby high school. Each student had a chance to tour the station and feel what it’s like to operate a charged fire hose.
